Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completed transaction.
• Refunds will only be considered if coins have not yet been delivered to the user's account.
• Once coins have been successfully delivered and confirmed, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for incorrect user IDs or account information provided by the buyer. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Coins already delivered to the user's account.
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind after delivery.
• Delays caused by third-party platforms or app-related issues outside of OhDeerCoins' control.

How to Request a Refund

• LiveMe ID Number
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request
• Screenshot or proof of transaction (if applicable)

All refund requests will be reviewed within 2–3 business days, and eligibility will be determined based on the criteria above.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting OhDeerCoins first may result in the suspension of your purchasing privileges and may result in your LiveMe account being frozen for the disputed amount plus any associated fees.
